Computer Support - Findin and fixing problems. Installing software and hardware upgrades, changing settings, diagnosing hard disk problems, setting up anti-virus software, and getting the most out of older machines. Operating System Support - Mac OS X, iPhone, Android, Windows (XP, Vista, and 7), Ubuntu Linux Email, Contact sharing, and Collaboration - Set up shared calendars and contacts using Google Apps, or a Microsoft Exchange type server. Network Support and Upgrading - DSL and Cable Internet connections. Wireless network setup. Assist in registering domain names and finding domain name hosting. Set up domain name email and web sites. Mobile Phones - Set up email on phones. Set up Contacts and Calendar syncing on phones. Experience with iPhone, Blackberry, Palm, Android, Nokia, and Sony-Ericsson are brands.
